Description

There is a drain from the park that has a plugged or leaking pipe and is draining on to the street causing a constant flow of water along curb and across my driveway and my neighbors driveway. I believe this may be spring water fed and will flow all year. Also that part of the park is swampy and makes it hard to walk through. It seems the park does not get any maintenance done or upgrades as this used to be a very nice walkway around the park.
