Description

I noticed during the last heavy rain that even after the rain stopped the water did not flow out of this ditch for a long time period I think something is clogged here at the intersection of Paul Quinn and Wheatley. I looked in with a flashlight and there is no clog at the immediate spot so I'm thinking there is a drainage problem that needs a city check.
