Continued issue with water pressure With nothing running, pressure is 38 Multiple plumbers have been to our home and all day this is terrible pressure especially since we are on a water system and not a well Average is 60psi Wece added a filter, removed the filter, replaced the pressure valve, removed the valve, replace the valve all with no improvement We've investigated getting booster pumps but plumbers are concerned pump would burn up because pressure is so low This has been an issue since the Eva Mar development started and has only gotten worse Beat reading we could get in 2020 was almost 50 psi down the street at the hydrant and 43 at our house As you can see, we are under 40 with no appliances running Our washer constantly faults with a Low Flow reading Our ice maker has failed repeatedly because of low pressure

The water in this drainage ditch is eroding the property leading up to my fence and has now exposed the buried part of my fence posts. This problem has been occurring since 2018 when I submitted a request through this app (request #4547196) The erosion has gotten worse over the past 5 years even though the county advised me from my 2018 request that "this project is on the list with Engineering and Construction to occur in the Spring or Summer of next year." That would have been 2019 but no work has ever been done on this

The ditch continues to have low spots with standing water and is eroding the ground further towards my fence. The pipe that runs under Morse Road is continuously dumping water in addition to the already heavy water flow on this side of the street during a storm.

There is a large section of erosion happening around a concrete riser with a Harford County Storm Drain lid. The hole left from the erosion is about 3.5 feet deep. Can you please have someone come out to correct the erosion issue before it gets worse. It is located by the back corner of the fence from 1338 Tralee Circle.

Rain water leaking around the uphill side of the storm drain is eroding the ground beneath the adjacent sidewalk and manhole. There is currently a large void beneath the sidewalk.

  • 1103 Megg Ct Joppa MD 21085, United States - Harford County
There is a sinkhole in the 10' easement between our property at 1103 Megg Court, and our next-door neighbor's at 1101 Meg Court. This is a recurring problem we had reported in June 2016 and in July 2019, both of which times you send someone out to fill in the sinkhole.
From the back of my house at 1103, there’s a manhole cover about halfway down the property line between the house and the woods behind the property. About 2 feet in front of the manhole cover on the 1101 side, there’s a sinkhole that’s about 18 inches deep. One of the wheels of my lawnmower got stuck in the hole last week and it was difficult to get it out.
When we have heavy rain, water comes out of the manhole cover and forms a lake in our backyards. It’s supposed to run to the end of the property and go into a little stream in the woods but there seems to be an obstacle to prevent it from flowing to the stream, or maybe the pipe is not big enough, we don't know.
Our neighbors at 1101 have contractors who mow their lawn, and we have grandchildren who like to run around in the backyard, so we don’t want to see anyone get hurt.
Can you send someone out to fix this please? Thank you!
