    House has left out industrial kitchen equipment in their back yard for since the middle of September. Spoke with the owners multiple times and they refuse to do anything about it. The doors bang in the wind and it is unsafe if any young child got back there.

    They tonled across the street. Gave us no notice and left our yard a mess. Looks a grave and with little rain it won't settle and the seed they left will just blow away. Hope you can help.

    A section of my backyard, between the side of my garage and my fence across the yard is sinking. It has affected the one side of cement floor in garage with a crack from front to back and the foundation on the one side is sinking and raising the cement. I have had my sewer line cleaned and two different companies have come out and videod the pipes and they are fine. Is there anything you can do, like check the city sewer line in the back? I don't know what else it could be, if my sewer pipes are fine.

    The owner continue to keep chickens. The rats are becoming more and more of a nuisance. We as home owners have spent $100’s of dollars to rid of them. We keep our lawn kept up and work on it daily. EVERYDAY there are new ray holes dug in our yard. MOST leading to or from the yard with the chickens. Please make these home owners liable!!! It’s not fair. It’s gross and the city is going to get worse and worse with rats like it was pre Covid. There is nothing more I can do on my end to keep them out of my yard. Everyday we are filling the holes in. EVERY SINGLE DAY. it’s not fair. It’s not ok. It’s gross. Please hold the owners feet to the fire. They have been talked to and I was told after the Fourth of July holiday the city would come back out. Well the owners still have them. Please. I’m at a loss. Called pest control to come out and was told there’s really nothing they can do they will keep returning. They want the chicken feces, food and eggs. HELP
