    The home behind us at 10002 Carter st. Put gutters on his garage in October 2019. Prior to that no gutters on garage. Every since gutters installed we have had sever flooding in backyard. They have both down spouts draining 3 feet from my property line. From my research the garage was given a variance to be built extra high. This entire roof span is draining 3 feet from my back yard. I tried explaining to them that a simple fix would be to drain to street instead of my back yard. But that was over a month ago with nothing being done or communicated. This should not be allowed. Every heavy rain fall our back yard is over ankle deep in water. I have pictures going back to last March when we first notice the issues.

    The entry of brody street has been a problem for years. There are many repairs of pot holes which still need another repair. Some are large holes.
    This street is being abused with lots of traffic during spring summer with baseball and soccer players using our street to park on. Not to mention how fast they speed down our street.
    With that being said shouldn't the city consider repairing our street where needed. The first 5 or 6 houses down when you enter the street is one of the worse streets in Allen park.
    Please look into a permanent fix of pot holes.

    Chuck's lawn service once again on rosedale street does not clean up his lawn clipping and continues to blow them in the street I tried to ask him nicely and was told " get a life" Allen park continues to let him break the ordinance that residents are cited for Attached are pictures of his truck and how he leaves the property. Please address this and not by saying call the non emergency number when this is happening he is not at a house long enough to call the "non emergency" number and have someone come out before he leaves.
