It appears Pinellas County came out and marked this damage storm drain due to its hazardous condition regarding animals or small children possibly falling into it. It has sat like this now for quite some time with the danger ribbon fading out and supporting sticks starting to collapsing.

South of 580 Huron Ave to Phoenix Ave most swales are below the flow and hold water for days after rain event. The picture shows the worst area where an underground pipe is no longer moving water.

Terrible smell coming from storm drain. The smell has been there for weeks. There are flies circling the drain as well.

I live at 634 Mehlenbacher Rd in Belleair. The sidewalk/drainage project has the open culverts obstructed, and with Tropical Storm Idalia, there is no doubt the ditch will get record amounts of stormwater. In past years, the culvert has overflowed with regular rains, and flood water came as far as our front door. With the PVC pipes and the fact the culvert is filled with vegetation, I fear Idalia rain could cause significant flood damage. Please look into this immediately. Thank you

Rebar sticking out- culvert area hazard

The County dug ditches in this resident's front yard to enhance the flow of rain water to the drain at the end of the street but the trench runs uphill in their neighbor's yard and impedes the water flow to the drain. The water just sits in the ditch and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Please send someone out to fix this issue.

Please inspect culverts under S Belcher Rd that connect ditch running west to east from Winding Lane Apartments to Riverside Dr N.

There is a storm drain that runs right into my yard..allowing water and trash to fllw into my yard. This has been happening for years, but quite frankly I am tired of cleaning up all of the garbage, and tired of being unable to mow my yard for months at a time due to the amount of standing water resulting from said storm drain. This storm dtain brings so much water and literal garbage down here, that it fills the entire field to tje east of me. I have put rocks at the end of the cover, to act as a filter and only allow the water through. Bro. But the county continuously comes out and removes the rocks which allows all of the garbage to flow into my yard. But none of you come down here and clean up the garbage after it rains. I am out of patience, and I'm done with cleaning up the mess that this culvert leaves. Please come have a look at it, and let's figure out a way to run the storm water out into the canal instead of dumping it off into my yard.
