    There is a dead deer just east of 605 Baine Dr (it is right behind the fourplex (1312 Sycamore St). The best way to get to it is go down the driveway of 1312 Sycamore St. It is also west of Jefferson Street but you have to go through some woods to get to it. If you go down the fourplex driveway it is north of the fourplex building. The vultures have eaten all the meat, there is just the bones and skin left.

    2 cats at said address that are severely neglected. They're left outside for days at a time with no food or water to be seen. I've seen the man living there be extremely abusive to them not feeding properly not cleaning up their vomit or feces that is EVERYWHERE inside the house. He has punched kicked and thrown them many times. Animals are covered in fleas have no collars or registration and arent up to date on shots. Tenant isnt capable of taking care of himself, neglects his hygiene, doesnt clean inside and hasnt taken out garbage in over a month. Inside of house you can barely stand to step in the smell of cat feces/urine WILL KNOCK YOU OVER the sec the door opens add the mess of junk and garbage and the flies and maggots INSIDE everywhere...someone somewhere should look into the residence as well as the resident he is CLEARLY not in a proper state of mind to care for himself the residence or the cats. He has been diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic and has gone off his meds and more than once tried to fight a girl who was staying there trying to help him. He is in the opinion of myself and several others on the block a DANGER to himself and anyone around him and someone should help him get the help he needs before he hurts someone or himself! He needs immediate urgent medical/professional HELP and if no one can help him then at least get the innocent animals away from him before he hurts them!!
