Code Enforcement Issue (Private Property)Acknowledged602 W Pecan St Carbondale, IL, 62901, USA - CarbondaleThis property has two dying trees that keep shedding limbs onto my property (600 W Pecan). I have called the city, and they said they issued a notice to the owner, but nothing gets done. Both my roof and my fence have been damaged by these trees’s dead limbs, and I am concerned that I am going to suffer continued and greater damage to my property. The owner has not responded to my calls about his trees and the damage they have done to my property. Without the trees being declared a known nuisance/hazard, My insurance company will consider it a shared loss/responsibility and my insurance rating will be hurt because of the neighbor’s tree. I need the city to do something.
