City of Carbondale PLUS

Generally unattended. Grass and weeds. Liter around. Lack of any landlord maintenance. I've called the rental number, and no one answered. I'm tired of the litter blowing into my yard.

Point source of litter becoming a nuisance in the neighborhood.

Commercial debris from business dumpster and other litter along path.

Debris from BigLots loading dock blowing into the farmland and woods.

Vacant property owned by Home Rentals. Landscaping crew (who do a poor job normally) tipped over garbage cans and left trash all over the ground, which will blow onto other people’s property. Really tired of cleaning up after them and Home Rentals neglecting their properties.

Over 20 bags of trash pilled up in the far back of the back yard. Very unsightly!!!
