Cracked well cover, dangerous front porch, no repairs done after tree fell on the back roof several years ago. Dangerous, and a negative factor in potential sale price for neighboring properties. Had multiple other photos but only able to upload one.

This property is declining by the day, the front is a disaster with yard sale signs, junk and excessive overgrowth in the front yard. The front porch is crammed so full of junk they are not able to use their front door. The foundation is crumbling all over the ground, they have put plastic over all the outside Windows that is ripping off in the wind. Their shingles are crumbling off the roof and littering the properties around them, I have their shingle debris all over my front porch. There is a huge crack forming in the side of the house and a constant smell of gas coming from the meter. The basement windows are all covered with cabinet doors and plywood and look horrible. They are feeding stray cats from the back porch with their food scraps, we constantly have chicken bones and hunks of moldy cheese tossed into our yard for our dog to choke on. The cats are defecateing all around our house they pee all over our back porch, grill, my sons toys and back door. The back yard is littered with junk i.e. Old carpet cleaners, vacuums, indoor furniture and excess of interior decorations, they are storing plastic tubs of things in the yard along the fence, the sheds are dilapidated and so filled with junk they are pushing over our fence. There is trash littering the ground all around this house which ends up in our yard. We need some relief from this property!

This place was reported in 2015 because of its condition. Issue was closed because new owners were going to fix it up. It never happened. There is a 2017 violation listed that was opened and closed. Why was it closed? It still hasn't been painted or windows fixed. Outside stairs are boarded up.

Peeling paint, rotting roof, trash in yard, siding and eaves trough falling off in back of house. The lease to own sign in yard is amusing.

Auction sign in front yard!! Why was this archived? This was reported over 2 years ago!! Help me understand the process please. This is what I see: Property owner let it rot while collecting rent money and did not maintain it. City made some attempt to hold them accountable, but owner ignored or walked away from it . If no one buys it, it will sit vacant for years and rot before being put on the wrecking ball list. This is the stuff that makes me so upset and why I report and gripe. I am sick and tired of slumlords getting away with this kind of stuff in our city. Doing a property search the owner has two other properties. Shame on them!!! There has to be a better way.

Numerous residents have neglected the outside of their homes and there are piles of trash, furniture, etc. behind and around the homes on this street. Also Rock Hard Concrete is dumping cement over the hill. I am in the process of purchasing land in the area and this is a definite eye sore. Blight also on George Street.

This property is a landlord owned duplex Front porch is broken and chipping paint roof has excess of yard debris, looks to have a cracked window in the front with blue painters tape holding it together.

This property has been a blight for years and now an apparently unusable, large camping trailer has been placed in the driveway with a tarp over it. On the west side of the house is a trailer loaded with junk. The back yard is still full of junk along with the front porch. How long are the neighbors in this area going to be forced to look at this??
