    The south east corner of beech daly and wick is not draining properly due to plugged ditches and broken pipe to underground pump.Water is flooding corner lot and draining into three back yards.This has been happening since ditches were filled in back in 2002 and getting worse every year.please help it's gotten to the point where back yards are useless and dangerous.not to mention how bad the mosquitoes are in spring.
