Road prepared few days back is not prepared by contractor properly its all damaged even before rains.

I have been trying to attract your kind attention to the clogged storm water drainage in front of our plot nos 20 21 & 22 of Cosmopolitan Society from the last six months or more but find that there has been only a token response by the NMC under your guidance.

In fact the other day some sweepers from the local zone office had come and wanted an acknowledgement for having cleaned the drains. In fact all they had attempted was remove the silt and mud from below the concrete manholes provided for drainage of rainwater. The drains, actually provided for channelling the rainwater, which were also similarly clogged with silt, were not touched at all.
They said that they were only sent for clearing the manholes, not the drains. They said that they did not have the manpower, machines and importantly the instructions to attempt to desilt the drains as required.

Sir, needless to say that such half hearted efforts at tackling local problems, inspite of the availability of manpower, machinery and systems, only aggravate the issues and create avoidable resentment among the constituents. To think that this is happening in the constituency represented by the Chief Minister of the State is doubly exasperating.

As it is the Manishnagar RoB promised by the CM in the initial euphoria of victory is not even mentioned in the present political discourse. He appears to have simply fogotten about it.

Avinash Sir, as the local govt representative responsible for this VVIP constituency it falls upon you to redress the civic grievances effectively and follow up the action taken to its logical conclusion.

Is it asking for too much from a highly resourceful and cyber friendly ward member like you ?

The square near Panchaytan and Rachana rutuparna buildings is very much accident prone... Just before 10 min one lady on Pleasure scooter and two persons on bike met with an accident. This injured lady and Pleasure. There is need to provide speed breakers on all the roads at this point. Pl note the roads meeting here are skew.
