    The curb is too low and the rainwater flows down over the storm drain and deposits road silt and pine needles on our yard and erodes the ground around the driveway and planting. You fixed the curb on the opposite side of the street, but their property goes uphill.

    My neighbor Don Rickson and myself, Gerry Bates, get all the storm water drainoff down my driveway from 400 feet of roadway,  flooding our backyards. It does not flow properly into the drain on the north side of my frontage. It has wrecked my driveway, caused very high frost heaves and I had to remove two trees that I feared would fall if wind were high when flooded. Attached are photos of the flooding from today's storm. Please let me know how and when this problem will be resolved.

    Caller claims that when it rains heavy, the sewers bubble over. Once rain dissipates, the water just sits in there. Clogged? From corner of City View to about 19 Butternut Rd. Residents are having basement water issues due to so much water.

    Backyard has dropped 18 inches since January. Rick at RJM Landscaping (called and left a voicemail) and Ashley at OTO Engineering have requested City assistance in determining the street drainage configuration in front of the house and the purpose of a 12 inch diameter pipe under the property to help diagnose the cause toward providing a solution. Homeowners insurance is requiring that it be addressed as a threat to the premises.
