The curb is in pieces and fallen below the sidewalk and the street on the Harrison side of 202 Ash Street.

This section of Lake Ave has been very poorly maintained and needs attention. The sidewalk is littered with trash and animal droppings and the buildings adjacent to the sidewalk have foliage overgrowing onto the sidewalk area and needs maintenance. Sidewalk becomes virtually rubble by the center of the street. This is very visible as it is along a very travelled main road for the city and leaves lots to be desired.

Curb has sunk below the street and the sidewalk. I'm sure this makes clearing the sidewalk in the winter much harder for DPW. This leaves ice on the sidewalk for the older folks around to slip and break their hips on. Can the Curb be brought up and the sidewalk on top of it?
