I live across the street from 4727 Tilly Mill Rd. The street blacktop in front of 4727 Tilly Mill Rd. was completely torn down & repaved less than 2 years ago. There has also been supplementary work completed in this same area less than 6 months ago and within 6 months the pavement has again broken apart and is sinking. When vehicles pass over this area the tire noise can be heard inside my house especially when heavy trucks pass over the broken pavement. I am requesting that this blacktop area be re-inspected & repaired correctly so we do not continue to have the same re-occurring problem. At 2230 Cotillion Drive 30338 in front of the Zukerino Pastry Shop there are two large potholes. These have been an ongoing nuisance. They get reported and some agency comes out and just throws a couple scoops of asphalt in them and leaves. Then a week later they are back. Can we can a more permanent solution to this problem?

The new curb that was finished by the Chamblee Dunwoody Rd construction has an edge near a drain that extends too much towards the Chamblee Donwood Rd south rightmost lane and cars are hitting it. They need to pull that in a little bit.

The re-designed middle island on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd has made the northbound lanes extremely narrow close to the Shell gas station with high risk of collision/side scraping. Please make the middle island more narrow and increase the margin between the northbound lanes and the curb.

The new middle island on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd needs to be painted with reflective paint. It's hard enough to see it during the day and impossible to see it at night.

*Urgent* The metal plate on the road has shifted and the hole beneath is visible. The plate needs to be squared up and for an asphalt sash to be placed around it.

Pothole in crosswalk - not safe for pedestrians

Deep pothole at the top of the I-285E exit onto Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. It's close to the traffic light.

Road is caving in - gets worse each month

There are 3 manholes on N. Peachtree Road between Delverton Dr. and Peachtree N Ct that are crumbling and difficult to drive over. Cars try to curve to the right of them to avoid destroying their cars. Really rough on cars. The photo shown is the manhole closest to Peachtree N. Ct. The other 2 are closer to Delverton Dr.

South of Delverton Dr on North Peachtree leading up to Leisure Drive the man holes are in bad shape and are in need to repair
