    Good morning, on the corner of Belmont and Locust, there is a huge amount of standing water, this photo was taken yesterday before last nights storm. Every year this junction is worked on but it never seems to last. The road race on Saturday will see 1400 runners go through this junction. Could this be permanently corrected please.

    Tall bushes on the side/backyard of 29 Elmora extend up to and onto the road. Make it very difficult to see opposing traffic until you have almost caught up to it. Have had close calls with opposing cars crossing the centerline that I did not see until I was very close.

    17 Kensington Ave cranford, new jersey - Cranford
    4-5 mornings a week at around 5:15 in the morning, a black car located at 17 Kensington Ave, Cranford with license plate ZXA29J
    starts its illegally modified engine and muffler and wakes the entire neighborhood. This can can be heard around the entire block and wakes homeowners up as far away as Richmond Ave. This car violates the noise ordinance and state statue related to illegally modified mufflers. the car literally sounds like a jet engine. The car leaves Kensington by turning onto Riverside Drive. You can hear the car all the way down to springfield ave. this needs to be addresses and summons issued

    17 Kensington Avenue Cranford, New Jersey - Cranford
    Neighbor has a muffler as loud as a jet airplane (literally) and can be heard from blocks away. The owner seems to have a work schedule that requires him to start, and warm up his car for several minutes, at 5:15 am. The schedule seems to vary, but this week we were woken up by this car on Wed, Thur, Friday and this morning. I'm not sure how the owner drives around town without being stopped. It's a black car, license ZXA29J. Please put a stop to this disruption. Thank you.
