    traffic light is always red to traffic on 135th st. During early morning hours when there is no cross traffic to the new Mernards.. 3:30 to 5:00am. Making unnessary stops to main traffic. I travel this road daily to work it would improve travel for many residents. Thanks

    The street lights on pflumm between 135th and 143rd go off and back on at various intervals. Its almost like the light sensativity is being screwed with. The lights go out and then start to turn back on a regular cycle. Just spend some time on this street and you will see it.
