    Hello, Stormwater is running from Prospect and Mineral along the dirt/grass, rather than street side, of the new curb placed in the 107 Prospect driveway (which is on Mineral Street) and down into our driveway causing flooding of basement and backyard.     Ridge Road was repaved last year. The curbs were removed and never replaced. Every time it rains huge amounts of dirt and stones get deposited in front of our driveways. Exhausting to keep removing. Not to mention how it must be clogging the drain pipes near by. The paving around down seems subpar. Please fix.

    Two filterra systems at this location. I see someone is requesting a tree to be replaced, likely died over the winter. MY team activated and maintained these systems for the manurfacture Contech. We have reached out about these systems and extended maintenance but have not had a return call.

    There isn't a curb on the road, which causes the storm water to do considerable damage to the lawn in the property at 22 Scotland Rd. (see attached image). In particular, the water washes away the dirt and causes a large gulley to form, which is unsightly and also dangerous for pedestrians/people who park there. Over the years, we've tried replacing the dirt and adding seed, at considerable personal expense, but every time it washes back away. The town built a curb on the other side of the street, which seems to help our neighbors avoid similar damage. We hope the town can do the same on our side of the street. Thank you.
