    Neighbor called in a huge tree in front of his home near the asphalt driveway lifting the ground and pushing the main water line. He states it belongs to the city. Huge branch is hanging of the tree it's a hazard. Someone will get hurt. He needs someone to come out and pick up the tree branch and do something about the tree. Neighbor would like the tree knocked down and replaced. Causing mayor issues and before it does mayor damaged to his water lines.
    This tree is also causing huge floodings and water goes up to his driveway. He called a year ago in regards the gentlemen who he spoke to was rude to him. Please investigate.

    Those bushes don't allow view of incoming traffic when you stop on the corner of 7th Ave. (southbound) before 13thst. There has been many many accidents in this corner including cars getting into houses. please make sure those are removed or changed for taller trees. it's impossible to make a turn when red light.

    Home owner is cutting down 2 trees, has slowly been at it for 1 month. Fenced in property, new drive ways. Then house south of that has 6 vehicles unregistered or expired tags.
