    Good Morning,
    I am very disgusted at the lack of enforcement of the code violations on the property at 206 sw 18th ave. My tenets can not enjoy the outside area from the stench coming from the canal, dead fish and other wildlife getting stuck because the area was never dug out correctly, and the tenet who lives at the address is always dumping garbage not to mention it is a catch-all for all the other degenerates dumping into the water into the area.

    Neighbor,

    Richard Rosano called in complaining the next-door neighbor is digging big holes in the ground.

    His concern is that his kids will fall into these big holes. Neighbor has no barricades or tape around the hole to prevent for anyone.

    getting hurt. He also mentions and wants to know if they have permission and a permit to dig this hole. Also mentions how they are digging near his water line.
    NEIGHBOR WANTS SOMEONE TO COME OUT ASAP. Please investigate.
