Why aren't the tree limbs being picked up in my area Almost everyone has a pile at the street and someone has piled tree on the edge of my yard This was reported 2 months ago and the limbs were never picked up

I am disabled and paid a company to come trim my tires and shrubbery. It was placed at the curbside for pickup however when the truck that picks up limbs and leaves came thru they did pickup the leaves and limbs however when they got to mine they just drove by. I was actually watching them at this time. And before you ask ~yes the limbs were cut to under 6"~. Please send someone out to pickup these libs and turn them to mulch as I observed with everyone else's limbs and yard waste. Again I am handicapped and am unable to move them. Also, we have had several storms with large wind gusts that have caused them to topple into the street. This was not purposefully done but rather it was done by the wind gusts. PLEASE HELP THIS DISABLED ARMY FEMALE VETERAN 🙏! Thank you in advanced.
