Water meter leaking for weeks

No sure recent request went through. 204 Blaze Street. Concerned regarding high water bills. Submitted receipt in March 2020 about replacement of leaking water tank. Even before that replaced washing machine in January 2019. On both instances had plumber check for leaks. Yet still received extremely high water bills. There are two retired Elderly people 83/63 yrs old in this household on set budget. We rarely cook and minimal washing of clothes since we don’t work. This address is a dead end street that has experienced water problems for years on this street (6 houses). Especially from 157 to 214 Blaze Street. Several neighbors in different parts of community is paying 1/3 of this household bill. They have kids and work. It does not make compute. Therefore I would like to make a request for an investigation to see why my water bill is so high. Especially since none of us see any workers walking reading meters in neighborhood like we use to. And definitely since we do not have the new computerized meters that we in the neighborhood have requested only to be told that there would be a high fee to replace meters that are over 50 years old. I would be pleased to hear a response. Thank you.
