Street light doesn't light

Streetlight going out, South side of Chester St.

Streetlights along Daniel and Third have been out for a while, feels unsafe at night.

Lights in the Chester St underpass and pedestrian walkways are completely out.

the is a large amount of rocky debris in the Logan st viaduct, on the north side of the street. it's extremely hard to see until you're in the tunnel and it's a huge hazard to peds

the curbcut here is slightly uneven and is very steep, and is difficult to traverse safely as a wheeled pedestrian. this road is busy, and it can be unsafe to have to go as slow as is needed to safely navigate this curbcut. SW corner.

Sidewalk blocked School bus stop

Storm Sewer from street side looks ok. The back side is caving in and the concrete is breaking away. Thought it should be repaired before it gets even worse and becomes a much larger repair. Thank you.

At Preservation Pond on the southeast part of the park. Gazebo nearby. The last week there has been consistently water on the ground. Not evaporating. I think there may be something broken underground.
