    The house behind us at this address took down their six foot wooden fence all along the rear of the property and we can see their swimming pool. I thought code requires proper fencing and alarms to prevent pool accidents.

    We are having a significant issue with cars speeding down Webb Rd. Residents in the Kensley neighborhood are becoming increasingly apprehensive to walk on the sidewalk there. We have seen cars jump the curb, go through the median, and race down this road. At night it is very dark making it even scarier. I recommend to our residents to walk on the sidewalk facing traffic. It is too scary with your back to the traffic.

    Today a car came speeding down Webb Rd right through the median It took out the divided road sign in the median. It swerved back on to the road and never stopped. .

    We live in Crabapple Station neighborhood directly adjacent to Crabapple Road and behind Luna’s, Campania and several other businesses. With the recent opening of Stonehouse, traffic in our neighborhood on the weekends has created safety issues as well as damage to private property (picture of 12610 Itaska Walk mailbox).

    The influx of patrons for these establishments has created a constant stream of cars circling our streets looking for parking and parking illegally. We need the City’s help in improving and adding signage about parking and potentially a police presence to ticket violators.

    We all purchased these homes understanding it was a mixed use neighborhood and have dealt with the restaurant traffic for years. The problem has increased significantly this year and we will have another restaurant opening this summer.
