On 534 East H Street in the alley. The alley is moving and pushing into our fence. Weakening the fence and fence post.

Neighbors of amports are complaining that the new lights installed at Amports lot have not been directed properly and shine in their windows all night. The lights should be redirected it hoods placed on the to push light down

Vehicles blocking maintenance and emergency vehicle access to the alley.

There is speeding on Military East regularly. Now this accident has happened by the speeders. I hear them speeding late into the night. A STOP sign at East 7th and Military East is needed before someone is killed.

The grade of the ground in the alley behind West K Street is sloped towards the homes and garages on the South/downhill side of the alley. This causes the water runoff from the homes on the North/uphill side of the street to flow into the garages and buildings on the south side.

A previously reported issue regarding a blocked storm drain, Issue ID: 15767806, was flagged as fixed and closed. This issue has not been resolved. There is a persistent or new obstruction causing significant flooding in my backyard, damage to the landscape, fence, and is now undercutting the foundation to the shed.

The attached image was taken last night, and flowing water can clearly be seen coming from behind the shed.
