  • W 6th St & Claverie Way Benicia, California, 94510 - Benicia
I reported this property years ago and the female City Manager (can’t remember her name) was totally uninterested.
The entire property is an eyesore…there is more than one “shack”…the other one is hidden behind trees/bushes. Other than some buildings in the industrial area I have never seen anything like this in our residential areas. I also believe these shacks are fire hazards.

The problem neighbors are still inhabiting the sheds, and seen the older man with glasses throwing glass beer bottles over then fence into the children’s ball park! I also need to report the back porch connecting to the actual residence has now collapsed! I’m concerned for the safety of the tenants and possible fire risk with the weather warming up! It appears possibly both decks are rotting and need to be looked into right away!

Ripped/missing Storefront Awnings at Big O Tires. The red awnings have been deteriorating for years to the extent that sections are partially hanging in the trees in front of the building facing Military E. Torn pieces could blow into oncoming cars, presenting a traffic hazard. This also affects nearby property values.
