    We have lived in the Eagles Peak Subdivision for ten years and that whole time the roads have been awful! We have potholes everywhere that cause damage to our vehicles. Instead of repaving the roads they continue to refill the potholes and each time within a VERY short time they are right back to where they started. Please help! The condition of the roads has a direct effect on the resale value of our homes! Thanks!

    We recently moved to Eagles peak and love the neighborhood. The problem is that the roads are pretty bad. I can see that they get filled when there are potholes, but I really think they should be completely redone. If they were paved with concrete instead of asphalt I think there would be less maintenance in the the future. I know that it would help the overall feel of this neighborhood too. The roads that need to be redone are Cory Ray (CR4212), Laurent Lane, and Choice circle.

    I have lived here for almost 16 years and these roads have not been repaved! The pot holes are horrible. And the fix is to fill them every so often with "fill pavement". Alignment costs for my vehicles are absurd, do mostly in part to having to avoid these potholes. The roads need to be completely redone... Not a half a** attempt to repair them. These roads have caused our homes to depreciate in value. We live in a nice development but with completely unacceptable roads.

    Cr 4212, Lauren Ln, and Choice Circle are in Bad condition. The pot holes have cost me several car re alignments. I have been in this Neighborhood for 7 years and have only seen them patch the holes which quickly become washed out again. Please fix these roads

    Intersection mentioned above is unserviceable. Pavement has deteriorated and poses a danger to pedestrians and vehicles. Potholes repaired are already breaking out again. Please consider repaving Walnut Dr and Norfolk Dr

    The potholes that you (or someone) filled in last week were completely washed out by the rain. The conditions today are exactly the same as they were before they were filled in a week ago.

    the roads in the Eagles peek subdivision( Cory Ray Lane, Lauren Lane, Choice Circle) are horrible. there are several pot holes. it has been a waste of money to keep filling them because every time it rains the pot holes get flushed out and they get even deeper. the roads need to be completely redone.
