The family had moved it in the driveway, but now it is back on the street. They use it to put garbage in. The garbage flies out and I'm constantly picking it up because it comes to my yard. Not only that, now they moved a RV on the side of their house which has constant traffic. More broke down vehicles and more garbage and tires in the back yard. -
