Palm tree needs to be trimmed. Dropping seeds and husks on sidewalk and street for a few months now. Parked cars in front of tree stay parked for months at a time so you won't have access to tree unless you schedule no parking signs.

Two palm trees need trimming. Frons and berries.

Please trim the pepper tree in front of 470 Tram Place. My wife and I walk by this home on our daily walking route and we have to walk into the street. It hangs too low for us to walk under. I am 6'4" and my wife is 5'4".

12.12.040 Obstructing public ways with vegetation prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person owning or having charge of any properties in the city to allow vegetation to grow in such a manner so as to obstruct the streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters so as to interfere with the passage of pedestrians or vehicles or to impede the use of street cleaning equipment. City tree in front of my house keeps breaking my sprinkler system causing damage to my front lawn. killing my lawn. Also, the tree has lifted the sidewalk that might be dangerous to people. I have spent money trying to fix my sprinkler system. Please remove the tree asap so i can have my sprinklers and lawn fixed before it's too late, and fix the sidewalk and i need reimbursement for trying to fix the sprinkler. Thank you.

The tree in front of my house, in the right of way, is over grown and the branches are around the power line. There are several trees on the street that are like this.

SECOND REQUEST:
City owned Podocarpus tree in our front yard is overdue for trimming and is becoming a danger to our home and the public. We are very concerned about the tree overlapping the electric power line connected to our home!!!
