    A tree in a vacant lot is flowing over into the road. Trucks go down the street and knock leaves off the branches. The property is on the corner of Girard Ave and 8th St SE, and I couldn't find the exact address. The whole tree needs to be trimmed or cut it is flowing over to the next property also.
