The picture is of my carts...today, 7/16/2020, but this is not the first or second time this has happened in recent months. Green is empty, blue was not. They were more than 4 feet apart. Same thing happened to my next-door neighbor ( I have a picture of that one as well) and another house close by... possibly more. This is careless at best, and willfully negligent or deliberate at worst. Perhaps folks need to take more time and pay attention to what they are doing rather than rushing the job leading to damaged carts (and associated cost) and unhappy customers. -

What is the requirement for garbage pickup when it is place in large trash bags because the green container is overflowing. In some neighborhoods the bags are picked up, why are they not picked up in the Evans Hills area? -
