Yard overgrown

Yard is over grown like it was with the previous owner I currently have my home on the market even if it wasn’t they should have to maintain there yard everyone else in the neighborhood does! It’s so over grown causing rats and roaches.

Vehicle has had flat tires for a few weeks Vehicle had a red sticker previously from the city and owners removed the stickers and vehicle is still left on street with tires flat

multiple trash cans in yard, grass high, debris everywhere, washing machine on porch, yard un kept. Odor coming from neighbor yard.

Older 4 door gray Saturn on side of road without tags. Has been there few weeks now.

Dude why I gotta look at this? Can we do something about this?

The School Bus is within 6 feet of the property line. It has sat here for the last 3 weeks and may be stuck in the sandy soil and may be unable to be moved.
