    This is a repeat from my June 29, 2020 issue, I broke down all the cardboard boxes and placed them in front of a full recycle bin. The recycling pick up, just like in June, leaves all the broken down boxes. We were out of town and my neighbor removed the boxes from the street. Why is this continuing to happen???
