4822 71st Street Ct NW. sick of these people littering into the open space and creek behind their house. When they pick up dog doo they fling it into the creek area. And now the young man is blowing all the leaves and trash out of the yard into the creek area. Not only can this mot be good for the water but when it dries out it will be a fire hazard.

Tremendous amount of off-hour air/ jet and flight traffic noise. Jet flights taking off at 5 am and flight take off and landing exercises from 9pm to well after 1:00 am. The other day there were several tree top flybys if the huge C-130’s. What are they doing taking off from the Narrows Airport???? This is not a military facility. The helicopter night training has also become excessive. This is still a residential area. The jet hire traffic has become overwhelming and abusive.

I’m not sure why airport issues are the only ones listed in this software but it should contain all of them. The issue is there has been an abandoned and out or regs white Chevrolet corvette vehicle sitting here for months and nobody has noticed it or done anything. Please report to sumner pd for removal or move it ticket.

Pierce County Airport needs the METAR and Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) repaired. Without these Weather reporting systems online. Flights in and out of Pierce County Airport are proven by the Federal Aviation Administration to become unsafe as weather reports for flight planning and in the air have become inaccessible from flight planning systems and inside the cockpit. This is very import as it puts aircraft at risk of Pressure differences readings would not be updated giving inaccurate altitude readings. Altitude readings are important at Pierce County Airport due to obstacles such as water towers buildings and antennas and the cascade mountain range could cause factors for disaster.

Over the past several months the operation at Tacoma Narrow Airport has been increased and as result the noise annoyance of the aircraft flying more frequently during quiet hours (after 2000 Hrs) over dense residential area! We have witnessed multiple occasions where aircraft deviate from regular flight path, fly in low altitude over housing area and causing pollution by excessive flight/ noises.

    Dear PC,

At 3:23pm local time, FEB 1st 2023, an aircraft turned a early crosswind over residential property, right traffic RWY 35, at KTIW.

This aircraft flew well below the AIM recommended altitude of 700' AGL. Approx 300 to 500 AGL. As a flight instructor I would never allow or encourage a student to fly a plane in this manner. I reported the event by phone to Rod (airport manager) and the KTIW Tower.

There are simple solution's to noise at KTIW. For example, planes could fly to pattern altitude (1000' AGL) prior to making any turns. Many airports have noise abatement policies and procedures. Why doesn't KTIW?

Pierce County needs to play a larger role as these problems are simply not being addressed by the system currently in place.

I look forward to learning what action Pierce County will take to address this all to common problem.

    Sincerely,
    Seth Johnson

Multiple illegal vehicles parked here for at least a week. Fentanyl foil everywhere. Super sketchy stuff going on there. Can TPD please investigate?
