    We have a shared driveway with a group of rental properties beginning with the address at 3710 Tahoma Pl. W. The sewer line going to those rentals has been leaking for 10 days. Residents have been encouraged to contact property management about the leak, which might be coming from their grinders. Thus far there has been no response to the leak.

    My elderly mother has sewer backing into her home. She had a plumber out today. It appears the problem is at her right of way outside of her property line. Please contact me as soon as possible. We do have a plumber planned to fix this issue on Friday. She has no toilet and is unable to Use laundry or other services. I will contact the phone number tomorrow, but would like to get this in writing.

    Sewage water From unit above has cause ceiling collapsure , rotted beams and rotted sheet rock/drywall. Water runs down walls when unit above runs shower or flushed toilet. The affected areas are black with an extremely unpleasant odor.
