When it rains the water backs up and comes over the sidewalk sometimes. I am guessing the water can not get to the drains and/or they are plugged from the amount of debris that has not been cleaned. This may be a job for both the city and the business owners. -

This section is extremely icy and covered in snow. Very dangerous. This is a popular route for bicycles to access the NB bike lanes into Vancouver.
