    Going towards the beach, on the right, the handrail raises up and has a jagged piece that could be a hazard to someone

    Two large wooden piling/timber sections have washed onto the beach between the last oceanfront home in Singleton and the Folly. Based upon the accumulated sand they have been there for several days or longer. The wooden pieces are unsightly and are a potential impediment to nesting sea turtles.

    While at folly field today. An older lady was there with a rescue puppy she was attempting to train. While leaving by ocean entrance dog attached and bit me in back of leg. Overcame her. Also bit me on hand while shooing it away. Broke the skin in several spots. Happened around 130. Black dog. With pink harness. She just apologized. I was shocked. Don’t want to happen to others.

    Diamond Cove Apartments - missing business signage on property. This was previously an assisted living facility, closed, and now appears to be Diamond Cove Apartments. They appear to be open with lights on and cars in the lot, but the business signs have been removed and never replaced in approx. a year. This gives a poor appearance and generates a sense a disrepair in an otherwise successful business setting. Please contact this establishment to install proper signage. Thank you.

    The Matthews Point North business park has Christmas garland dangling from the main signage. This was installed for the holidays in 2022 and has been up ever since. In the last few months part of the garland string has come loose and is now dangling. Are businesses supposed to remove holiday decorations within a timely manner? It detracts from the professional atmosphere of their location.

    17 Executive Park is a professional building zoned LC and has restrictive covenants and regulations that prohibit any residential uses. I have observed, as well as others, several tenants that are occupying the premises. Could someone please investigate this? The suite is across from Attorney Chester Williams office, it may be suite 4. Also, there is someone staying in a camper in a parking lot on Executive Park. I am told this is a violation of the Towns LMO and Municipal Code. Could someone also please investigate this?ii
