    Intersection of Footit Drive and Shirley’s Court has been an ongoing issue for at least the last decade if not longer. Poor drainage from field onto sidewalk and the curbs have been destroyed by plows. Runoff is too much for the current storm drainage and creates dangerous driving conditions and property damage. Plows and bulldozers come out after every storm to scrape ice, replace gravel and tamp down runoff damage. There has to be a permanent fix to the broken pipes and drainage in this area!

Across college street at Hamlin Street and across Hamlin Street at the College Street intersection. The sign for the crosswalk pedestrian at College Street and Pearl has been graffitied and is also hidden by tree branches. Let's make walking safer!
