    I live at 521 hazard ave. which is right next to 1 westerly dr. and there is always a dog barking there the dog is always barking inside and outside witch is dangerous because the dog runs up to the fences and there are kids both at my place and the place next to them. there is also always some one smoking and you can always smell it and I can't open the windows because of it and I bet the people on the other side of them def. can't open them.

    There have been a number of extremely loud booms in the neighborhood on several occasions over the past two weeks. Always during the day, not fireworks, almost like explosions. Cannot tell where they are coming from.

    On Spring Garden Rd just slightly north of the junction of Marshal Drive, there is a patch in the roadway that has sunk quite a bit. Unlike a true pothole that is very visible, this is not. While the pavement has not broken, I wonder if all the base layer under the road has washed away. How deep does it have to get before its fixed? Its been like this for at least a year. This causes people who remember it is there to often drive onto the left side of the road to avoid it. As a motorcyclist, If I were to drive over this expectantly, not knowing it was there, could possibly cause a loss of control and/or injury.
