Parcel No: 082020 00028C - There is a home at 1012 Carey Road, Memphis, TN 38109 where the tenant is adding an addition to his home himself WITHOUT A PERMIT from the appropriate office. I have checked and a permit was NOT pulled. He is doing the work himself (no electricians, no carpenters). This is illegal. Please send the code enforcement office over to investigate immediately. The present resident bought the house in 2015 and a permit has NOT been pulled between 2015 and 2022. We cannot allow citizens to just add additions to their home and they are not licensed contractors.
