Northbound Greentree Rd. traffic experiences daily weekday morning backups of between 1/8 to 1/2 mile at this intersection. Creating a right turn lane with a yield sign instead of the current 2-way stop would greatly increase traffic flow, since 60-70% of the traffic turns right.

Interstate 99 needs to be extended to meet Interstate 68 to help eliminate congestion in Breezewood and create better access to Interstates 70 and 68. This will also help people that commute from Bedford to Cumberland on a daily basis.

This is always a congested mess. Needs to become a four lane road from Interstate 99 to Roaring Spring.

Traffic from 3 major routes: SR53, SR350 and US322 all combine at this location creating congestion. Local traffic attempting to access local business sometimes have to make quick left hand turns creating an unsafe condition.

This intersection is located on a heavy trucking route. The underpass and substandard turning movements for trucks creates extensive delays and backups all times of the day. Typically Duke Street backs up past CVS to the North. Route 11 backs up 3/4 of the way to the split with Route 15 to the West. Delays can exceed 30 minutes during evening commute. 45+ minutes on Holidays. The Susquehanna Valley ByPass would greatly improve this congestion as much of this traffic is simply passing through the region.

Bottle neck/hazardous condition with Route 220 traffic through town of Ulster. By-pass needed

Work was completed on pipe below road last summer and patch job is terrible. Starting to impact my vehicle. Road was tar & chipped but patch is still bad...deep dip in road coming down hill.

St. Thomas Development AKA Tony DePaul needs to at least go do some shoulder back-up so the local residents and the traveling public does not run off the road and have an accident. or maybe put some low shoulder signs out. This will probably turn out like the Waynesboro project they did. S.T.D (St. Thomas Development)paved after the October deadline without any inspectors on the job and no inspectors at the plant. Penn-Dot said this would be milled up and replaced but since it was STD and having a prominate owner they done as they pleased and done a second rate job just as they did on rte 11.

Potholes at this intersection have gone from bad to worse over the past two years. Urgent attention required

Failing culvert under SR2037 has caused the pavement to sink directly over the pipe causing an abrubt dip/bump in the roadway. This abrubt dip in the surface causes undue wear and tear on vehicles as well as a safety concern for motorcycles.
