Internal request to notify DTM of a damaged pole that was hit on the Southeast quad of the listed intersection following a motor vehicle accident.

Art called to report that the lights at the median in the intersection of E Valencia and S Tucson Blvd are off the pole and laying on the ground. Outbound call was made to Steven T. the on call electrician and advised of the situation.

Service Request for electrician for a traffic pole taken down. Electrician was advised.

Caller reporting the left turning arrow not working at listed intersection. Caller states that all the other lights work except the left turn arrow, and that it has almost caused several car accidents.

Caller advised eastbound on E Bilby at S Nogales Hwy the yellow light is not working in the traffic light.

Red light out, green light works. Not sure about yellow

Caller stated that for northbound traffic red light is burned out

Caller was CSO and stated that there car ran into light knocked crosswalk button off loosened light fixture which is blowing in the wind but the pole is stable. She advised it is the NE Quad heading East on Broadway.

Caller advised red light on the pole for west bound traffic on E Valencia at Houghton. Caller refused all contact info.

Caller is reporting that when she is going east bound on Grant Rd. towards I-10 the light at this intersection is changing too quickly. Caller states that the signal used to allow travelers to pass through this intersection without as much delay. Caller states that the backup it is causing is severe. The drop down section of the issue is not listed. Flashing was selected as an alternate to the actual issue, which is a quick changing light.
