    Caller is describing a vehicle that has been present in the area for several months now and hasn't moved in a couple months since being moved to just in front of the caller's property. The vehicle is parked in front of the street just southwest of the listed address. Car is a four door, silver gold Cadillac with four doors, and damage done to break into the vehicle. License plate is off the vehicle and sitting in the back, visible through the back windshield.

    Caller is the manager for the neighborhood association. Vehicle is parked in a residential neighborhood up on the sidewalk where there are no parking signs posted. Caller reports that vehicles are randomly parking up on the sidewalk on a daily basis. Caller has contacted 911 before and it was reported that a tow truck would go out and remove the vehicle but she is unclear if that ever happened. Caller has called code enforcement but states that the vehicles will be gone by the time they get there. When the caller attempts to contact 911, she is redirected to the city resource line. Caller is concerned for people trying to use the sidewalk since it is blocked.

    Caller is describing a van that possibly has individuals living in it, isn't sure as he has never observed anyone leaving the van or entering the van. Caller informed that a Husky dog has been seen around the van, and that he wasn't able to obtain the license plate information due to the van being parked in reverse against the wall. Caller stated he informed his property manager of the vehicle but was asked by the property manager to make the report himself.

    Caller is trying to report an abandoned vehicle pulled off by the desert area by this address. Caller states that the hood is up and the battery is gone so caller doesn't know why it's there.

    Caller stated that the vehicle has been abandoned in front of his mailbox, garbage can area for a while now. He checked with the neighbors and none of them are aware of anything either. The tags are tapped off. The garbage man can't get down the street because of the vehicle.

    Stating there is an abandoned vehicle on the property of Verizon Wireless. Caller said it has been there for over 30 days now and that she has already reported it once. I let her know I can report this again for her.

    Caller is stating that there is a vehicle in empty lot behind Walgreens that appears to be abandoned, she is stating it has been there for about a week.

    Caller is reporting a van that is leaking oil onto the street. She states that it has been moving feet every day and doesn't know how. The smell of the oil is smelling up the area.

    Caller is describing a van that is parked in front of their home at this given address. The windows are observed to be rolled down, and the tags are from 2020. The vehicle appears quite aged and has a number of stickers on the back. The vehicle had been observed at an earlier location but then moved near the caller's home and left there for some time. No one in neighborhood claims to own the vehicle.
