trash all over yard and in street

His whole back yard is full of junk and trash, which have been complained about for OVER a year and a half and nothing has been done about it!
BUT NOW he is starting to hoard things in his front yard and front porch!! All these items keep being added to, and it's been over two months! I waited to make a report thinking maybe he has been waiting for a pick up. No, it's still there 2mths later and getting bigger.
Something has to be done about this man and his hoarding!!! It's disgusting as well as unsanitary for neighbors!!! v

Next door neighbor has parked a boat in driveway and refuses to move it

The homeowners are dumping food scraps and such in the back of their garage. Im all for composting however they should be using a enclosed bin to do so. Its so gross to see old food dumped behind their garage and is going to attract animals, insects and disease. When the weather gets hot its going to begin to stink and get even worse. Not sure if there are city rules about this but there should be in residential areas that are close proximity to other neighbors.

2nd time reporting this. Black bags of garbage in the backyard up against the house. Rats crawling out of the bags. They’ve been there just like this for 2 months+.

I live around the corner from the substation, so I consider it part of my neighborhood.
It may appear to be in a commercial only area, however, their is a residential area just behind it and a park across the street, behind the Kroger and 2 schools just beyond that.
While your substation may not generate any of the great volumes of trash that are on your property, I consider you responsible, as a neighbor, to maintain your property. I have lived at this location for over 10 years and for those years, your property has been an eyesore and area where trash has then blown into the residential neighborhood. When it is then in my yard, I become responsible for it. See how that works? While planting flowers is expecting too much, could you at least keep the grass and weeds mowed, please? It would be a great place for native wildflowers though, or a raingarden, or wetland.

This fence is an eyesore and appears unstable. There’s also an old camper in the back yard that has been sitting there for years. The garage door has been replaced with particle board.

Broken appliance sitting in driveway for several weeks. Open front porch is loaded with junk. Also children's toys scattered thru the yard and south side of the house.
