    According to the City Bid Issued Permits YTD excel file there is no permit for this address. There has been a foundation laid and demolition of the current house. I believe this property to be in violation of having no permits for such contruction. Further, the owner built a concrete wall that appears to also have been contructed without permits. The wall does not follow a future road expansion line of sight. thank you

When it rains also it encroaching upon and leaning on my fence and causing it to buckle it flooded my side of the yard and the wall on my side could colapse completely with that extra weight because of it
