Homeless camp in Legion Park next to the tennis court Public Nuisance and a danger to children

Would like to request lights be put at the dog park. There are quite a few residents that take dogs to the park after it's dark.

Too often this dog is off leash from its owners house and runs at moving cars in the street. I almost hit it driving at night cuz it was off leash. It will chase you down the street barking. Wild dog. Careless owners don't seem to control it often. Only sometimes on leash, but it barks at anything that moves.

The owner of Make It Sew lets her dog out while she is at work. There are several piles of dog feces along the sidewalk on Bickford.

There are travel trailers in back yard and people are living in them I know this is against city code

When we turn on any sink it smells like rotten eggs.
