Not just Harbor Ave, this is an issue that spans the majority of HT and EHT. It says Oakcrest High has adopted Harbor Ave, when was the last time they did a clean up?

Street is supposed to be cleaned, we are all moving our cars off the street and for the last three weeks the street has not been cleaned. There is litter in the street and leaves.

Roofing Shingles and loads of beer cans/bottles and debris. My family and plan to clean up but want to know if the lawn can be mowed because it is overgrown. It is where the two abandoned boats and restaurant are.

Needles up near Texas and boardwalk, maybe if lights were fixed on ramp to boardwalk, the homeless would not live on my back steps. I boarded area and they climb over from back of boardwalk stores. Also have gypsy living in back of palm reader store between bellevue and Texas. Disgusted with this city, and I'm about ready to do a million dollar project. CAn anyone do something!!!
