    Lovely garden, I really like it. However, there's very little space for walking. Besides, there are big cacti along the sidewalk which make it dangerous for pedestrians, especially for kids.

    Palm fronds
    obstructing sidewalk falling on cars. Dozens of dead ones on the ground with lots of weeds growing through them. Four palm trees that have dozens of dead palm fronds and large seed pods ready to fall. The entire back of this property is a mess. This place doesn’t do anything until the city notifies them to clean it up. I do have photos of Palm frond on a car.
