    This area acts as a retention pond for at least 2 concrete swales (Glynn cir and Richmond.) This area is overgrown and does not hold the water fed into it. This area is flat versus bowl shaped to hold the water as it drains from the far side (Leon). Hurricane Idalia caused a severe over flow with this over grown retention area and something needs to be done to rectify the matter.

    Since there are 2 swales feeding water to this area, I assumed annual inspections by the proper authorities would be conducted. No one has been out here to make sure this area is up to par. I have been here for 12 years and this area has never been this congested with vegetation, shrubbery and trash.
