    We have drain that is not draining properly since the hurricane & every time we get a hard rain it gets worse. Water is constantly sitting there.
    We also have drainage problem in the back of our house which is not on our property but our backyard is wet & stays wet.
    My lawn service guys found were their might be an issue & has put flags out for you to see.
    I just need guidance on how to rectify this please.

    This is a problem that definitely needs to be fixed. Manmade impediment to natural flow causes flooding of areas not normally prone to flooding. This happened due to the berms that were built to protect the old sewer plant from flooding several years ago, changing the natural flow of the river and pushing water where it normally would not have gone, flooding properties not in a designated flood zone otherwise. Rectify this before it causes damage please.

    I think the house is a rental and has damage from the last storm. A tree fell on its roof and side and I would think minimally needs a tarp over the roof. Perhaps the owner of the house is unaware of the damage. I just hope something can be done to avoid further damage to the house.

    Pool on property has not maintained in years. It has basically become heart shaded cement pond. Pool has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes, frogs, and other pest. Property owner also feeds and hoards feral cats that roam the neighborhood. Cats are covered in fleas and use their patio as a nest site.

    There is a man living in the park. He sleeps on the tables or on the bench closest to the movie theater. He has been there for at least 3 weeks. He sits and watches the children. Please remove him.

    2 women are now living in the park. they are both African American, 1 older and 1 middle aged. They solicit for $. The same 2 seen loitering at various stores around town, bothering customers for $. Y'all need to do something cause the 1 can be agressive. Shame people cannot take kids to the park without being harassed.
